Shipping Policy

Products must be shipped between 2 to 3 business days from the day it was ordered.

Refund Policy

Any product that is not available or out of stock can be refunded to the customer by us. If the product gets damaged during the delivery process, it is on the hands of the store owner to decide on how to deal with the situation.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

If the product is not what the customer wanted or gets damaged during the delivery process, it is not our responsibility to do the exchange or return of the product for the store owner. If the store owner decides to give them a new product at no cost, it must be sent by them. If the store owner decides to refund the customer, they need to contact us and explain the situation for us to do the refund.
